By the breeding, the Aubrac cow is fed exclusively with grass from natural grassland, and supplemented with a mixture of flattened cereals. These have grown without fertilizers or pesticides.
Everything is produced locally, no food processed or purchased.
My motivation :
I chose Aubrac breeding for its rusticity, the beauty of its fawn coat, and especially its high quality meat that is no seen anymore. I want to raise my animals in peace and I respect every animal, giving it time to grow, and to develop without stress.
