The impressive building that is now the Eurpean Beer Museum was a fod store in the 17th century and a malt house in the 19the . The museum collection consist of more than 53.000 exhibits (in depot) that recreate the word of brewing. They include the basic ingredients, the history of beer, production techniques and beer-related arts, Crafts and traditions.

Its collection of exhibits provides a tour that is both educational and entertaining, with plenty to stimulate your senses of taste, touch, smell and hearing. All the media are available in four languages (French, Englisch, Dutch and German). The Museum tour ends at the Tavern, which sells local products and holds tasting sessions, offering a wide range of top, bottom and spontaneously fermented craft and commercial beers.
