Jean-Claude Servais, cartonist, loves the Gaume region in southern Belgium. He has been living for many years and loves the nature. The history of the region draws herself into her landscapes, monuments and buildings, making her a dreamed ambassador of the wonderful Gaume.
As cartoonist and script writer countless works of his hand has since 1977 been published: Lova, The ice garden, A killer talking to birds, Orval, The last source, Godfried of Bouillon ... all the stories flowing out of Jean-Claude Servais's pen and playing in our region.

Hiking and cycling route Servais
You are in the heart of the southern part of the province of Luxembourg, ready to discover this beautiful region, along the work of Jean-Claude Servais.
You cross the countryside, from Florenville to Jamoigne, and through the drawings of this artist You enter the world of birds nesting in this region. Along the trail you can meet wall paintings with some symbolic characters of the work of Servais, a statue of "Tendre Violette" and various signs with images of these birds.

You leave in Florenville, at the "Maison du Tourisme" where you can find all the necessary information to help you.
